About Esping

A Malaysian T-Shirt Supplier Running Its Own Factory Since 1985

Esping has supplied custom apparel from Petaling Jaya for four decades. Production is handled in-house rather than passed to a third party, which keeps artwork preparation, printing, embroidery and the final inspection inside one team.

Four production methods are available under one roof:

  • Silkscreen printing for bulk orders built on solid colour artwork.
  • Embroidery for stitched logos on polos, jackets, caps and corporate uniforms.
  • Dye-sublimation for full-colour and all-over designs on polyester garments.
  • Direct-To-Film (DTF) printing for detailed multi-colour graphics on cotton, polyester and blends.

Esping supplies businesses, organisations and event teams nationwide from its Selangor base, including corporate T-shirts, team-building apparel and school shirt priting for Malaysian schools.

Ready-Made Garments Held in Stock

Esping keeps a range of ready-made garments in stock and quality-checks them before delivery. Tee shirt printing onto a stock fit is the shorter route when a deadline is tight, because the garment does not have to be cut and sewn first. Browse the full ready-made garment range before choosing a printing method.

Custom Corporate T-Shirts in Malaysia

Elevate your brand with premium corporate T-shirts in Malaysia. Our range includes breathable fabrics and stylish designs, perfect for office wear, events, or promotions.

Company Shirt Printing and Corporate T-Shirts

Corporate shirt orders usually involve several departments, a fixed brand colour and a size run that has to be collected before production. Esping prints company T-shirts and polo shirts on breathable cotton, combed cotton and microfiber fabrics, and confirms the logo scale and placement on a mock-up before the bulk run starts. Ideas on style and colour are covered in the best corporate shirt design guide.

Office and Head Office Teams

Collared polos and cotton round necks in a set brand colour, with a stitched or printed logo on the left chest.

Events, Roadshows and Team Building

Higher-visibility designs and larger print areas, usually produced to a fixed event date.

F&B, Retail and Operations Crews

Garments chosen for daily wear and repeated washing, often with role or department colour coding.

Corporate Uniform Printing

Corporate Uniform Printing

Corporate Uniform Printing for Malaysian Companies

Esping produces corporate uniforms that carry a company’s branding consistently across departments and reorders. Corporate uniform design is settled first, covering garment colour, logo scale and placement, and ideas for that stage are set out in the corporate shirt design guide.Three production routes are available:

Custom-Made Uniforms

Cut and produced to a company’s own specification and brand colours.

Ready-Made Uniforms

Selected from stock garments when the deadline is short.

Embroidery Services

Stitched onto polos, shirts, jackets and caps for a structured finish.

Reorders are easier once the artwork has been approved, because the same digitised file or screen set-up can be used again. For a stitched finish, see embroidery , and for solid-colour bulk runs see silkscreen priting .

Four Printing Methods, Chosen Around Your Artwork

The suitable method depends on the artwork, the garment, the quantity and how the shirts will be worn. Esping reviews all four before quoting rather than pushing every job through one process.

Ink is pressed through a mesh screen onto the garment, one colour at a time. Strongest choice for bulk runs with solid colour artwork.

Artwork is digitised into a stitch file and sewn into the fabric, giving a raised, structured finish that suits corporate uniforms.

Heat turns sublimation dye into a gas that bonds with polyester fibres, allowing all-over designs with no added layer on the fabric.

Silkscreen Printing

Artwork is printed onto film, coated with adhesive powder and heat-pressed onto the garment. Handles detailed, multi-colour graphics on most fabrics.

Comparing the Four Printing Methods

Read across a row to compare all four methods on the same point, then read down a column for the full picture of one method.

Solid colours in bulk go to silkscreen. A stitched corporate logo goes to embroidery. Full colour on polyester goes to sublimation. Everything detailed on cotton goes to DTF.

Silkscreen Printing

BEST SUITED TO
Bulk orders built on solid blocks of colour
FABRIC FIT
Cotton, polyester and blends
WATCH OUT FOR
Each colour is a separate layer, so cost follows the colour count and the quantity
MINIMUM ORDER

30 pieces for water-based or rubberised ink. 500 pieces for plastisol ink.

ESTIMATED COST

Approximately RM2 to RM3 per colour / spot

Embroidery

BEST SUITED TO
Stitched logos on polos, jackets, caps and uniforms
FABRIC FIT
Woven and knit garments that hold a stitch
WATCH OUT FOR
Cost follows logo width and stitch count, not the number of thread colours
MINIMUM ORDER

50 pieces

ESTIMATED COST

Approximately RM4 to RM5 per logo, based on a standard logo width of approximately 3 to 3.5 inches. Block charge of approximately RM80 to RM120 per logo.

Dye-Sublimation

BEST SUITED TO
Full-colour and all-over designs, sports jerseys
FABRIC FIT
Polyester and polyester-rich fabrics only
WATCH OUT FOR
The dye is transparent, so it does not suit cotton or dark garments
MINIMUM ORDER

No minimum order quantity

ESTIMATED COST

Starting from RM4 per piece for an A5 print

DTF Printing

BEST SUITED TO
Detailed, multi-colour graphics and smaller runs
FABRIC FIT
Cotton, polyester and blends, light or dark
WATCH OUT FOR
The print sits as a thin layer on the fabric rather than inside the fibres
MINIMUM ORDER

No minimum order quantity

ESTIMATED COST

Starting from RM4 per piece for an A5 print

Why Malaysian Companies Order From Esping

Practical reasons drawn from Esping’s own process and published customer reviews.

Four Decades of Production Experience

Esping Corporation Sdn Bhd has operated as a Malaysian apparel supplier since 1985 and continues to run its own factory rather than outsourcing production.

In-House One-Stop Factory

Artwork preparation, printing, embroidery, inspection and packing happen in the same Petaling Jaya facility, which keeps the approval loop short. Few T-shirt supplier Malaysia businesses run all four methods on one site.

Method Advice Before Production

The printing method is recommended around your artwork, fabric and quantity, so a design is not forced through a process that does not suit it.

Mock-Up Approval on Every Order

Colour, logo scale and placement are signed off before the bulk run, which reduces the risk of a reprint close to an event date.

Small and Bulk Orders Handled

Reviewers have noted that Esping accepts smaller quantities that other suppliers decline, alongside full corporate uniform rollouts.

Sustainability as a Working Practice

Esping states that it works towards eco-friendly production processes.

Have a very good experience with Esping Corporation. Their T-shirt that I ordered recently is in good quality. Not only that, the printing was good too. They have a good knowledge and even advises me what are the things I can do and not to do in terms on printing and color wise.

Good place for customize printing. There is more variety choice for you with reasonable price. Even though I ordered in a small quantity, they still helpful and recommended me some ideas, especially Gan. All items (arpon, round neck T-shirt, cap, uniform & Polo- Tee) were good in quality. Will repeat order again and recommend to others. Thanks for all team good services.
  • Felix Mea

Good place for all your shirt printing needs. I ordered a small quantity and they are the only few vendors in the area that were willing to do the job with a fair price. Service was speedy and quality is good. Recommended local vendor. But the surrounding area is a little tight as there isn't enough parking for visitors.
  • Always the first one who came in my mind when ordering shirts! Fair price with a good quality, Ms. Phyllis always respond in second and efficient! Will continue order with them in the future and definitely will recommend them to friends & business partner =D

Esping runs its own factory in Petaling Jaya rather than outsourcing production, so garment sourcing, printing, embroidery and the final inspection sit with one team. The company has supplied Malaysian businesses, schools and event organisers since 1985 and offers silkscreen printing, embroidery, dye-sublimation and DTF under the same roof.

  • There is no single per-shirt rate, because the quotation is built from the garment and fabric weight, the printing method, the number of colours or stitches, the print positions and the order quantity. As a starting guide for the printing charge, subject to design, size, colour and quantity:

    • Silkscreen printing: approximately RM2 to RM3 per colour / spot
    • Embroidery: approximately RM4 to RM5 per logo, based on a standard logo width of approximately 3 to 3.5 inches, plus a block charge of approximately RM80 to RM120 per logo
    • DTF printing: starting from RM4 (A5), RM8 (A4), RM12 (A3) and RM15 (A2) per piece, with colour printing at RM18 per piece
    • Dye sublimation: starting from RM4 (A5), RM8 (A4), RM12 (A3) and RM15 (A2) per piece, with colour printing at RM18 per piece

Larger quantities lower the unit cost on silkscreen printing, while DTF holds a steadier unit cost across small runs. The custom T-shirt printing price guide sets out how those factors interact. Send the garment, quantity and artwork for a current quotation.

Esping takes custom T-shirt orders online through the quotation form at shirtmalaysia.com.my, by email to sales@shirtmalaysia.com.my, by WhatsApp on +6010-221 9861 or at the Petaling Jaya office at 17 Jalan SS25/24, Taman Mayang. Choose silkscreen printing for bulk runs with solid colour artwork, embroidery for a stitched corporate finish, dye-sublimation for full-colour designs on polyester, and DTF for detailed multi-colour graphics on cotton or blends. The fabric matters as much as the artwork, so read how to choose cotton or dri-fit fabric first. Esping reviews the artwork before quoting and will say which method suits it.

Yes. Esping delivers nationwide from Petaling Jaya, with local collection available at the Taman Mayang office. Orders can be bundled by class, department or size to make distribution easier at the receiving end.

For apparel, the printing charge and the garment are quoted as two separate lines. The garment is priced by fabric, weight and cut, while the printing is priced by method, print size, number of positions and quantity. That is why the same design costs differently on a 160gsm microfiber tee and a 210gsm honeycomb polo.
